The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has launched a free online course on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Medical Education. The course is part of the government’s Viksit Arogya Bharat programme. It aims to help doctors and medical teachers understand how AI is being used in medical education and healthcare. The programme is fully online and does not charge any fee. Doctors do not need any technical or coding background to join the course.The course is expected to begin in January 2026.
